OK HB1410

Requires a reimbursement agreement with the Administrative Director of the Courts before a county provides security or utility services (water, electricity, gas, sewer, or similar services) to the courthouse or its annexes.

Prohibits counties from bearing costs of courthouse security and utilities without first obtaining a written agreement ensuring full reimbursement for these services.

Creates a new section of law to be codified in Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Effective date is November 1, 2011.
