Establishes that Oklahoma recognizes the right to contract freely but may limit this right to protect constitutional rights and privileges granted under the U.S. and Oklahoma Constitutions.

Defines "foreign law, legal code, or system" as any law or system from jurisdictions outside the United States, including international organizations and tribunals.

Declares void and unenforceable any court, arbitration, or administrative ruling that applies foreign law in a way that would deny parties the same fundamental liberties, rights, and privileges guaranteed by the U.S. and Oklahoma Constitutions.

Effective November 1, 2011.
