HB 1626 Summary

• Authorizes state agencies, boards, departments, commissions, and institutions to share completed Oklahoma criminal history record results of employees or employment applicants with other state entities upon request

• Requires that the person who is the subject of the criminal history record must authorize the release and sharing of the record to the requesting entity

• Requires that no more than 12 months have elapsed since the date the criminal history record was processed by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation

• Effective date: November 1, 2011
