Amends Sections 404.2 and 404.3 of Title 10 to modify Demarion's Law relating to child care facility liability insurance requirements.

Requires child care facilities to maintain at least $200,000 in liability insurance coverage per occurrence for negligence while children are in their care.

Simplifies requirements for facilities without insurance or using self-insurance by requiring them to post notice and notify the Department, eliminating prior exceptions for certain facility types.

Establishes that failure to comply with insurance requirements is grounds for suspension or revocation of a child care facility license.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
