Adds definition of "automated claims adjudication system" to the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act, requiring it to be used only by licensed adjusters or agents and comply with Oklahoma Insurance Code claims payment requirements.

Exempts data entry employees of licensed independent adjusters from licensure requirements if no more than 25 persons are supervised by one licensed adjuster or agent.

Prohibits Canadian residents from obtaining an insurance adjuster license unless they pass the state adjuster examination and meet all requirements of the Insurance Adjusters Licensing Act.

Modifies nonresident adjuster licensing requirements to allow applicants whose home states lack licensing requirements to declare another state with examination requirements as their home state.

Effective date: November 1, 2011.
