Amends sunset review provisions in 74 O.S. 2011 to modify termination dates for various Oklahoma statutory entities and boards.

Changes termination date from 2012 to 2016 for Oklahoma State Committee of Plumbing Examiners and several other boards, while removing certain entities (Waterworks and Wastewater Works Advisory Council, Shorthand Reporters Board, Educational Television Authority, Perfusionists Board) from the 2016 list.

Adds ten new entities to sunset review lists for termination between 2013-2015, including the State Accrediting Agency, Archives and Records Commission, Veterinary Medical Examiners Board, and Licensed Social Workers Board.

Reorganizes and reassigns multiple boards and commissions across different termination years (2013, 2014, and 2015).

Repeals 74 O.S. 2011, Sections 3907 and 3908, which previously addressed termination of certain entities.
