• Amends 12 O.S. 2011, Section 2502 regarding attorney-client privilege in civil procedure matters

• Establishes that inadvertent disclosure of privileged communications does not waive privilege if reasonable steps were taken to prevent and rectify the disclosure

• Provides that disclosure to government agencies does not waive privilege against non-governmental parties unless the waiver was intentional and fairness requires disclosure of related communications

• Declares that agreements on disclosure effects are binding only on parties unless incorporated into a court order; allows state courts to order that privilege is not waived by disclosure in pending litigation
