Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 1029 to add a presumption of coercion for defendants aged 16-17 charged with prostitution offenses under subsection A.

Creates a legal presumption that minors (ages 16-17) charged with prostitution, solicitation, lewdness, or assignation were coerced by another person in violation of human trafficking laws (Section 748).

Applies to any prohibited act under subsection A including engaging in prostitution, soliciting another for such acts, residing in structures with intent to commit prostitution, or aiding/abetting such conduct.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
