Amends 63 O.S. 2011, Section 1-546.5, relating to the Oklahoma Prenatal Addiction Act to expand disposition options for pregnant women abusing or addicted to drugs or alcohol.

Authorizes district attorneys to convene multidisciplinary teams (including addiction treatment specialists) to determine appropriate case dispositions for pregnant women whose substance abuse endangers the unborn child.

Expands disposition options to include criminal prosecution of the pregnant woman or involuntary commitment to public or private treatment facilities, not limited to these options.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
