• Amends 82 O.S. 2011, Section 105.1 to clarify definitions used in water rights and irrigation statutes

• Changes definition of "seasonal permit" by replacing "such" with "the" to clarify that permits authorize diversion of available water for specified time periods during the calendar year

• Applies to definitions in Sections 105.2 through 105.32 covering permit types including regular, seasonal, temporary, term, and provisional temporary permits

• Becomes effective November 1, 2012
