Amends 19 O.S. 2011, Section 298 to permit county clerks to accept digitized images or electronic copies of original or certified documents for recording if submitted electronically pursuant to the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act.

Allows electronic submission of documents affecting real property (conveyances, encumbrances, assignments, leases, etc.) that would otherwise require original or certified paper copies.

Electronic documents must comply with all rules promulgated under the Uniform Real Property Electronic Recording Act and other statutory recording requirements.

Effective November 1, 2012.
