HB2467 Summary

• Limits exemptions from the Oklahoma State Government Business Licensing One-Stop Program to individual licensing processes only, prohibiting exemptions granted on an agency-by-agency basis.

• Requires annual renewal of all exemptions and mandates reporting of exemptions to the Governor and legislative leadership.

• Transfers the 2nd Century Entrepreneurship Center and its assets from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to the Information Services Division of the Office of State Finance.

• Applies the same exemption limitations and annual renewal requirements to the state portal licensing system under Section 34.24.1.

• Effective date: November 1, 2012.
