Amends 76 O.S. 2011, Section 10.1 to expand the definition of "outdoor recreational purposes" to include aviation activities at private airports and fly-ins.

Adds fly-in donations to the definition of "charge" to clarify that donations made at private airport fly-ins are not considered admission fees that would trigger liability.

Removes the exclusion of farming and ranching lands from liability protection in the main definitional section, but retains the exclusion through a new subsection (H) that applies the farming/ranching exemption to the entire statute.

Maintains landowner immunity from liability for persons entering or using land for recreational purposes, except when charges are made or commercial activities are conducted on the land.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
