• Amends 11 O.S. 2011, Section 22-111 to authorize municipalities to assign their right to collect amounts owed for property cleaning and weed removal costs.

• Allows assignees to pursue collection with the same authority and rights as the original municipality, including lien enforcement and civil remedies.

• Applies to costs incurred when municipalities clean trash, cut weeds, or mow grass on private property within municipal limits after property owner fails to comply with notice.
