Low-point beer retail dealer permits issued by the Oklahoma Tax Commission must display whether they are for consumption on premises, off premises, or both.

Retailers selling low-point beer must conspicuously post and maintain their required license at their place of business.

Violation of the permit display requirement results in an administrative fine of up to $50 per day, with each day of violation constituting a separate offense enforced by the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission.

The bill becomes effective November 1, 2012.
