Requires property disputes between nonprofit/religious corporations and national religious denominations to be resolved exclusively by deed or other recorded instruments for real property located in Oklahoma.

Requires property disputes involving tangible or intangible personal property to be resolved by possession and bill of sale or other ownership documents, unless an express written agreement by an authorized officer provides otherwise.

Prohibits implied trusts in real or personal property held in the name of a nonprofit or religious corporation unless created by written instrument executed by a duly authorized officer, expressly conveying a trust interest in specifically described property to a named trustee for a named beneficiary.

Prohibits implied trusts in favor of a national religious denomination or superior religious body for property held in the name of a subordinate religious corporation.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
