Amends 76 O.S. 2011, Section 10.1 to limit landowner liability for injuries occurring on land provided for outdoor recreational purposes.

Removes the prior exception that excluded land used for farming or ranching activities from the liability protections.

Expands the definition of "outdoor recreational purposes" to explicitly include aviation activities, including landing at and taking off from private nonpublic-use airports.

Clarifies that "charge" does not include hunting or fishing leases, donations for aircraft landing purposes, or government-imposed license and permit fees.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012.
