Amends 51 O.S. 2011, Section 24.1 to expand grounds for automatic suspension and forfeiture of office for elected and appointed state or county officers.

Adds soliciting prostitution (Section 1029 of Title 21) to crimes triggering automatic suspension upon conviction and forfeiture upon guilty plea or nolo contendere plea.

Requires officers convicted of felonies related to bribery, corruption, forgery, perjury, or campaign finance violations to forfeit all office benefits including retirement benefits (except vested benefits as of the effective date).

Mandates prosecutors and district attorneys notify the Governor and retirement systems within 3 days of convictions or guilty pleas, with retirement systems suspending benefits pending hearings to determine forfeiture eligibility.

Establishes suspension and forfeiture continue until conviction is reversed by the highest appellate court, with procedures for retirement system investigations when state prosecutors do not provide notice.
