• Amends 47 O.S. 2011, Section 6-110.1 to add a new driver license endorsement for autonomous vehicles, which shall recognize that active human driving is not required.

• Directs the Department of Public Safety to adopt rules authorizing the operation of autonomous vehicles on Oklahoma highways, including requirements for vehicle safety standards, insurance, testing protocols, and geographic restrictions.

• Defines "autonomous vehicle" as a motor vehicle using artificial intelligence, sensors, and GPS coordinates to operate without active human intervention, and defines related terms including "artificial intelligence" and "sensors."
