Amends 12 O.S. 2011, Section 1809 (Dispute Resolution Act) to increase court costs collected for alternative dispute resolution from $2.00 to $5.00 per case.

Court costs of $5.00 shall be taxed and collected as other court costs in all civil cases to establish and maintain the alternative dispute resolution system.

Additional $5.00 fee assessed by the center when dispute resolution services are sought, collected from the initiating party; $5.00 fee also collected from responding party if they agree to participate in mediation.

Fees may be waived upon receipt of affidavit in forma pauperis executed under oath by either party.

Court costs and fees collected are transferred by the court clerk to the Director and deposited in the State Judicial Revolving Fund; effective date November 1, 2012.
