Proposes constitutional amendment to Section 4 of Article XXVIII allowing liquor stores to sell beer, wine and spirit accessories in addition to alcoholic beverages.

Removes the current prohibition on selling merchandise besides alcoholic beverages at retail package stores (liquor stores).

Establishes ballot title for the constitutional amendment to be submitted to Oklahoma voters for approval or rejection.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the House to file the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage.

Amendment would allow liquor stores to sell related items like bottle openers, cork screws, and other beer, wine and spirit accessories while maintaining separation requirements from other retail goods.
