Approves permanent rules adopted by the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists on March 25, 2011 (OAC 575:1-1-2, 575:1-1-3, 575:1-1-4, 575:10-1-2 and 575:10-1-8)

Required under Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which mandates legislative approval of agency rules that establish or increase fees

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies to the Governor, State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, and The Oklahoma Register

Rules implement provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act pursuant to Sections 1352.1, 1362, 1363, 1368.1 and 1370 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Deemed disapproved if Legislature fails to approve by last day of legislative session
