Approves three permanent rules adopted by the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision on March 8, 2012: OAC 435:10-1-4, 435:10-7-4, and 435:10-7-11, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

These rules are authorized under Sections 489, 491, and 509 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes and reflect the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature.

Directs the Secretary of State to distribute copies of the resolution to the Governor, the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, and the editor of The Oklahoma Register.

Requires legislative approval by joint resolution for any rules that establish or increase fees from agencies, boards, or commissions created by or receiving authority from Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
