Commends restaurants that voluntarily disclose food ingredients on their menus or on public displays to help individuals with food allergies make safe dining choices.

Notes that tree nuts and peanuts are the most well-known food allergy triggers, causing 90 percent of allergic reactions.

Directs distribution of an official copy of the resolution to Jim Hopper, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
