Amends 62 O.S. 2011, Section 15 to establish a minimum examination fee of $500.00 for Attorney General review of revenue bonds and notes issued by state agencies

Sets tiered percentage-based examination fees: 0.03% on first $5 million, 0.02% on amounts $5-50 million, and 0.01% on amounts exceeding $50 million

All collected examination fees are deposited into the Attorney General's Revolving Fund created under Section 20 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Becomes effective July 1, 2012 with an emergency clause for immediate implementation upon passage and approval
