Amends 36 O.S. 2011, Section 363 to require insurers to notify both the Anti-Fraud Unit of the Insurance Department and the Workers' Compensation and Insurance Fraud Unit of the Office of the Attorney General when they have reason to believe insurance fraud has occurred.

Applies the notification requirement specifically to allegations of claimant fraud in workers' compensation cases.

Extends legal immunity to insurers and their agents for reporting suspected insurance fraud to the Anti-Fraud Division, the Workers' Compensation and Insurance Fraud Unit, or other investigating agencies, provided the report is made without fraud, bad faith, reckless disregard for truth, or actual malice.

Limits immunity protections to communications made to official agencies, excluding communications to other persons or entities.

Declared an emergency measure effective upon passage and approval.
