All information in the deferred deposit lender (payday loan) database is classified as confidential under this amendment to the Deferred Deposit Lending Act

Database information is exempt from disclosure under the Oklahoma Open Records Act and Section 3104 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Deferred deposit lenders may access the database only to verify whether a particular person has any outstanding deferred deposit transactions

The Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit may access the database for regulatory purposes consistent with the Deferred Deposit Lending Act

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
