Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.5 regarding law enforcement officer training and certification requirements.

By January 1, 2016, all previously CLEET-certified full-time peace officers must complete evidence-based domestic violence and stalking investigation training (minimum 8 hours) unless their job duties don't involve domestic violence or stalking matters.

Requires CLEET to establish domestic violence and stalking curriculum in collaboration with the Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board, with instruction from expert victim advocates.

The bill becomes effective November 1, 2012, and also includes existing provisions for mental health training (4 hours), sexual assault training (6 hours), and oil field equipment theft training (4 hours).
