Amends 36 O.S. 2011, Section 1204 to modify the definition of unfair methods of competition and deceptive practices in insurance.

Increases the maximum aggregate value of prizes, goods, wares, merchandise, or tangible property that can be offered as an inducement to insurance from $25.00 to $100.00.

Makes technical changes including updating pronouns from "his" to "or her" and clarifying references to "this title" instead of specific article citations.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
