Repeals 36 O.S. 2011, Section 6092, which previously addressed limitations on subrogation and setoff under automobile liability insurance medical coverage

Establishes new rules for personal injury protection (PIP) coverage requiring insurers of at-fault parties to reimburse other insurers (including workers' compensation) who paid PIP benefits to injured persons

Requires disputes over reimbursement liability and amounts between insurers to be resolved through mandatory, binding arbitration

Eliminates the right of reimbursement between insurers when the at-fault party's insurer has tendered its full policy limit

Effective date: November 1, 2012
