Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.4 regarding continuing law enforcement training requirements administered by CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training)

Requires certified reserve officers who have been inactive for five or more years to complete a legal update as prescribed by CLEET upon returning to active status

Maintains existing requirement that inactive full-time peace officers returning after five or more years must complete 100 hours of refresher training, including at least 4 hours of mental health education

Effective date: November 1, 2012
