Amends 21 O.S. 2011, Section 1541.4 to expand the definition of "false or bogus check" to include checks given as payment to a landlord under a lease or rental agreement.

Adds a fourth category of checks that qualify as false or bogus when dishonored: those given as payment made to a landlord under a lease or rental agreement.

Maintains existing provisions that dishonored checks are prima facie evidence of intent to defraud if not paid within 5 days of presentment and if check is presented within 30 days of delivery.

Retains existing provision that checks for purchase of goods or livestock refused by drawee are not considered an extension of credit to the maker or drawer.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
