Amends Oklahoma Statutes Title 62, Section 211 to require self-sustaining professional and occupational boards to pay 10% of gross fees collected into the State Treasury General Revenue Fund instead of using outdated terminology.

Amends Section 213 to clarify enforcement provisions regarding failure by board officials to pay required fees, removing outdated pronoun references and simplifying language.

Updates terminology throughout from "state" to "State Treasury" for consistency with modern statutory language.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
