Amends 12 O.S. 2011, Section 3228 to allow a deponent to have their attorney present during depositions to provide counsel and legal advice

Permits opposing counsel to object to excessive use of attorney counsel and advice during the deposition

Allows objecting attorneys to seek sanctions against offending attorneys if the deponent's attorney continues to abuse their counseling authority after an objection is raised

Effective date of November 1, 2012
