Amends 26 O.S. 2011, Section 13-102 to modify the contents required in municipal election resolutions submitted to county election boards.

Adds new requirement for municipalities to list precincts partially within municipal limits that may not be open and certify whether those precincts will be open or closed for the election.

Maintains existing requirements for election dates, offices, qualifications, ward/at-large designations, partisan/nonpartisan status, and applicable state law provisions for charter cities.

Effective date: January 1, 2013.
