Amends Oklahoma Statute 43A O.S. 2011, Section 11-107 to clarify rules governing advance directives for mental health treatment.

Establishes that a declarant's current wishes always supersede advance directives for mental health treatment while the declarant remains capable.

Specifies that mental health treatment instructions in an advance directive supersede conflicting instructions from an attorney-in-fact, unless the power of attorney expressly authorizes the attorney-in-fact to override such instructions.

Clarifies that in the absence of a specific mental health advance directive, powers granted through guardianship, general health care decision-making authority, or health care proxy in other advance directives include authority over mental health treatment decisions.

Updates statutory references from "Section 10 of this act" to "Section 11-110 of this title" and becomes effective November 1, 2012.
