• Amends 66 O.S. 2011, Section 325 to update the statutory reference for the Oklahoma Tourism and Passenger Rail Revolving Fund from "this act" to "Section 321 et seq. of this title"

• The revolving fund in the State Treasurer's office continues to receive revenues from the federal Intercity Passenger Rail Trust Fund Act of 1995, federal grants, state contributions, private donations, rail property sales proceeds, and accumulated interest

• Authorizes the Department of Transportation to budget and expend fund monies in furtherance of the updated statutory reference

• Effective date of July 1, 2012

• Declares an emergency to make the act effective immediately upon passage and approval
