Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 328.2 regarding the practice of dentistry in Oklahoma and its regulation by the state.

Changes language from "to be subject to regulation" to "shall be subject to regulation" and modifies references to the state's "best interest" to "interests."

Declares that dental professionals merit public confidence and only qualified dentists should practice dentistry or supervise dental assistants and nurses performing services in the state.

Updates references from "this act" to "Part 1 of Chapter 7 of this title" regarding dental practice, dental hygiene, dental assistant procedures, and dental laboratory technician work.

Declares an emergency effective upon passage and approval due to necessity for public peace, health and safety preservation.
