Modifies the calculation of school foundation aid by changing the weight assigned to economically disadvantaged students in 70 O.S. 2011, Section 18-201.1

Creates two separate weight categories for economically disadvantaged pupils: 0.25 weight for grades seven through twelve, and 0.35 weight for pre-kindergarten through sixth grade

Becomes effective July 1, 2012, with emergency clause making it effective immediately upon passage and approval

Applies to the weighted membership calculation used to determine Foundation Aid distributions to school districts based on pupil characteristics
