Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 5-106 to clarify the statutory reference for shared superintendent arrangements between school districts.

Changes the reference from "Section 4" to "Section 5-106A" of the statute for districts that contract with a single superintendent to serve multiple school districts.

Maintains existing provisions regarding board of education designation, superintendent employment terms (up to 3 years), and superintendent service arrangements for districts with fewer than 500 average daily membership pupils.

Effective date of November 1, 2012.
