Exempts sellers of jams, jellies, and honey with annual sales of $30,000 or less per household from maintaining separate manufacturing facilities.

Exempts these sellers from State Department of Health regulation and inspection if products are manufactured in a home and sold directly to consumers.

Requires labeled products to display: manufacturer name and address, product name, ingredient list, and a statement that the product has not been inspected by the State Department of Health.

Requires a prominent placard at point of sale stating the product is uninspected, and sellers must maintain sales records available to the State Department of Health upon request.

Becomes effective November 1, 2012, with the State Department of Health authorized to seek injunctions against violators.
