Amends 64 O.S. 2011, Section 1006 to change terminology for leadership positions of the Commissioners of the Land Office from "chairman" and "vice-chairman" to "chair" and "vice-chair"

Governor of Oklahoma remains designated as chair of the Commissioners of the Land Office ex officio

Commissioners shall elect from their body a vice-chair to act as chair in the governor's absence or if the governor fails to act

Secretary of the Land Office selects employees as needed, except General Counsel who is selected by majority vote of the Commission; Commissioners may remove both by majority vote

Effective November 1, 2012
