Amends 74 O.S. 2011, Section 2202 to clarify that the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission and Department oversee tourism and recreation matters.

Updates references from "Oklahoma Tourism, Parks and Recreation Enhancement Act" to "Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation" throughout the statute.

Establishes the Commission's purpose to conserve parkland, operate lodges and golf courses, promote tourism through publicity, assist municipalities with special events, educate the public about Oklahoma's history and culture, and advise state officials on tourism and recreation.

Designates the Commission to determine policy and set broad plans for the Department to accomplish its duties and responsibilities.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
