Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 3-104 regarding the Director of Wildlife Conservation position under the Oklahoma Conservation Commission

Clarifies the constitutional reference and updates language to be gender-neutral by replacing gendered pronouns with "the Director"

Maintains that the Director is appointed by majority vote of the entire Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission and removed only for cause after public hearing

Specifies that the Director's duties and compensation are fixed by majority vote of the entire Commission
