Amends 29 O.S. 2011, Section 3-104 to clarify the reference to Article XXVI of the Oklahoma Constitution regarding the Director of Wildlife Conservation position.

Replaces gender-specific pronouns with gender-neutral language in the statutory text describing the Director's appointment and duties.

The Director of Wildlife Conservation continues to be appointed by majority vote of the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission and removed only for cause after public hearing.

Commission maintains authority to fix the Director's duties and compensation by majority vote.

Effective date: November 1, 2012.
