• Requires health benefit plans to impose equal copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts for orally administered anticancer medications as for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications.

• Prohibits health benefit plans from achieving compliance by increasing out-of-pocket costs for intravenously administered or injected cancer chemotherapy agents.

• Permits health benefit plans to continue using prior authorization and other utilization review controls for approving chemotherapy coverage.

• Defines "health benefit plan" according to existing Oklahoma law (Title 36, Section 6060.4(C)).

• Effective date: November 1, 2012.
