Amends 26 O.S. 2011, Section 3-101 to require all county elections be scheduled for Tuesdays only.

Establishes specific dates for special elections: second Tuesday of January, February, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November, plus first Tuesday in March and April during odd-numbered years.

Allows municipalities with population exceeding 250,000 to also hold elections on the second Tuesday of December in odd-numbered years.

For even-numbered years, permits special elections on the second Tuesday of January and February, first Tuesday in March and April, last Tuesday in June, fourth Tuesday in August, and first Tuesday after the first Monday in November.

Provides that if a regular or special election date falls on a state holiday, the election shall be rescheduled to the following Tuesday; effective November 1, 2012.
