• Transfers employment and housing discrimination complaint authority from the Oklahoma Human Rights Commission to the Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights Enforcement

• Requires aggrieved parties to file discrimination complaints with the Attorney General within 180 days of the alleged discrimination (instead of previous commission process)

• Allows the Attorney General to conduct investigations, pursue conciliation agreements, and file civil enforcement actions in district court for employment and housing discrimination violations

• Eliminates administrative hearing procedures previously handled by the Human Rights Commission and establishes direct court jurisdiction for discrimination cases
