Chair of the Statewide Nine-One-One Advisory Board must call a meeting within 30 days of the bill's effective date to produce recommendations for the Legislature.

Board must develop specific recommendations on setting fees for the 911 system and identifying any need for additional fees to maintain current systems and provide uniform technology across the state.

Board must determine which state agency should authorize appointment of the Statewide Nine-One-One Coordinator to carry out powers and duties efficiently.

Board must identify methods for the Statewide Nine-One-One Coordinator to gain additional authority in implementing and improving emergency 911 services.

Board must submit a report with recommendations to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House by December 31, 2011.
