Requires parents, guardians, or caregivers of children 15 years or younger to report the child missing to law enforcement within 48 hours of reasonably believing the child is missing, or face felony charges with up to 10 years imprisonment.

Makes it unlawful for parents, guardians, or caregivers to conceal the death of a child 15 years or younger (unless under care of health care professionals) or fail to report the death to law enforcement as soon as reasonably possible; penalty is felony imprisonment up to 10 years.

Criminalizes knowingly providing false information to law enforcement by parents, guardians, or caregivers to obstruct, delay, or impede investigations into a child's death or disappearance; penalty is felony imprisonment up to 10 years.

Short title: "Caylee's Law"
